Position Summary
CIMCO is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to be part of our Manufacturing team
Role Responsibilities

  • Report to and perform daytoday activities for the Manufacturing Project Manager
  • Facilitate communication between internal manufacturing groups: production, engineering, quality control, logistics, and warehouse
  • Input and update data to manpower schedule, job schedule, shipping report, kickoff meetings, 30/60/90 day meetings and closeout meetings
  • Maintain and publish weekly shipping report and manufacturing lead time report
  • Create and process orders in SAP
  • Print and publish engineering drawing and bills of material to the shop
  • Full time office attendance is required
  • Perform daily shop floor walk to review status of ongoing orders
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiar with Microsoft Project and SAP
  • Comfortable in working with both coworkers in person and remotely over Microsoft Teams or Webex
  • Comfortable in meeting regularly with manufacturing personnel on the shop floor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
  • Problemsolving and multitasking
