We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking people to join our Technology Operation team. It's a challenging and ever-changing, technology-led environment so we need a quick learner who is a natural problem solver.

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing Systems (IT) equipment and services to cover the needs in North America.

The incumbent will be able to perform procurement activities such as requesting quotes, creating purchase orders for approval, coordinating aspects of vendor management, coordinating with multiple departments and vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of equipment and managing the procurement database with other members globally.

You will:

Coordinate procurement of hardware and software for our North American offices
Create purchase orders and submit for approval
Validate purchase deliveries for invoice processing
Monitor, track and confirm orders throughout all stages of the procurement
Work alongside Systems(IT) team to update, manage and maintain hardware inventory database
Collaborate with North American Systems(IT) Head of Departments and Project Managers to support them with their procurement requests
Onboard new vendors into the procurement database and manage the termination of vendors when applicable
Clear regular communication of procurement status and priorities.
