QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of Secondary School Diploma
  • 2 years experience with staff scheduling.
  • Knowledge of Scheduling related provisions in pertinent collective agreements required.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Programs and related scheduling/payroll software.
  • Experience in operating office equipment such as: photocopier, fax, printer, multiple line telephones & headset.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills required.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing and capable of working in fast paced environment.
  • Flexible, selfdirected and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision with the ability to adapt easily to changes in work assignments.
  • Ability to process scheduling information in a time sensitive, accurate manner with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, judgment and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must be available for all shifts including weekends, vacation replacement, sick time and paid holidays.
  • Consistent and regular attendance required.
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English & French) will be considered an asset.
  • Vaccines (COVID19 and others) are a new hire requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
