Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA):
- Job Duties
Job Duties - 1. Through lectures, seminars, and/or labs, provide didactic and clinical instruction and assessment of performance in the Dental Therapy programs.
- Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current dental principles, procedures and techniques and the principles of adult education.
- Develop and maintain course curriculum.
- Conduct various aspects of program administration as required.
- Provide dental therapy services as required.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
- 1. Graduate of a Dental Therapy Program.
- Eligible for registration and licensure as a dental therapist in Saskatchewan.
- Related baccalaureate degree (or be working toward completion of a related degree).
- Training in educational theory and methodology.
- Minimum of two years recent and relevant dental therapy experience in a dental office utilizing current dental principles, procedures and techniques.
- Effective communication skills.
- Effective instructional ability.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
