Assembly/disassembly of equipment as required
Set up equipment according to product specifications
Monitor equipment performance at all times to ensure production is confirmed according to product specifications and food safety program
Perform troubleshooting of equipment as required

Qualifications:

Skills and competencies

Completed DEC or equivalent: desirable
Experience: Experience in food industry and knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
Computer skills: MS Office, ERP software desirable

Languages:
French and English

Training in food hygiene and safety (asset)
No known food allergies or food restrictions
Availability and flexibility for overtime. Attendance and punctualityCharacteristics
Ability to understand and reason the operation of a measuring device in order to be able to follow up on compliance values. Ability to clearly communicate observations to Production, Quality Control and supervisor. Attention to detail, meticulous. Ability to supervise a close team. Ability to stand for the duration of shift operations
Teamwork and flexibility of assignment
Ability to take initiative and be proactive autonomous.
