We are looking for
Product Manager for our new SaaS product focused on online payment processing and customer management.

_ How you will contribute:
_

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Prioritize features and functionalities based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with UX designers to develop intuitive and userfriendly product designs.
Define and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product performance and drive product improvement.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and highquality product delivery using Agile development methodologies.
Utilize project management skills to manage project timelines and budgets, and effectively communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
Keep up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product innovation.
Collaborate with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth product operation and customer support.

_ What you bring to the table:_

5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in SaaS products and payments
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products that meet customer needs and business goals.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive product decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Experience working in an Agile development environment and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage project timelines and budgets.
Knowledge of payment industry trends and competitive landscape
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Passion for creating great user experiences and driving product innovation.
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual English and Mandarin will be a strong asset.
