Hensen Holdings Inc. is seeking a Custodian/Janitor to perform general cleaning at our facilities. General cleaning will include and not limited to offices, washrooms, lunchrooms, meeting/conference rooms and common areas. Touchpoints will need to be disinfected as per company policy. We are looking for an individual that can work well independently. Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified jobs. Experience is a must especially within an industrial manufacturing environment.- Remove garbage and recycling on a regular schedule
- Handle periodic cleaning and upkeep requests
- Ensure offices are maintained and cleaned and supplies maintained
- Maintain and provide supply lists as required
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Capable of working 40 hours per week, 12pm
- 8:30pm
- Valid licence and own transportation required
- Company health and dental benefits are provided for individuals working full time hour
Janitors, Caretakers and Building Superintendents Specific Skills
- Clean interior window sills, walls and ceilings
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub floors and stairs
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers

- Repetitive tasks
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Light Lifting
- Attention to detail for cleanliness and hygiene
Work Location Information
- Various locations within a two block radius
Equipment Operated/Used
- Security system
- Carpet spot cleaning when required
Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
