Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings when needed.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Assess project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Run reports to analyze project data and validation of data.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Align invoices to timesheets and submit invoices to finance for payment.
- Work with finance to support monthend close activities.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- 13 years of experience in a related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Jira knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Takes ownership of tasks and completes them without reminders.
