Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings when needed.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Run reports to analyze project data and validation of data.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Align invoices to timesheets and submit invoices to finance for payment.
  • Work with finance to support monthend close activities.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • 13 years of experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Jira knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and completes them without reminders.
