About Apotex Inc.Job Summary
To assist the Project Leader with coordinating, planning and executing activities for achieving successful implementation of changes to commercial products.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation, maintenance and organization of a centralized database for the management of SCMP change controls.
Support the gathering of relevant documentation for initiation of a change control under supervision.
Utilize SAP and QMS Trackwise for the collection and creation of reports supporting the SCMP Project Leader.
Prepare and/or gather information to support the creation or revision of SOD's to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the Project Leader with attendance in cross functional meetings with key stakeholders for achieving commercial readiness, obstacle resolution and general continuous improvement
activities.
Generate change requests in collaboration with Coordinator, GxP Change to create or revise: SAP codes, master documents, finished product, semi-finished, packaging component and unique excipient codes, as necessary.
Effectively communicate using designated systems and/or tools to support effective change implementation.Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.

Education
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated Pharmaceutical interest is an asset.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools, with experience in Excel and Word is essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
