Responsibilities:


  • User support locally and across Canada and the US
  • Participate in a variety of projects as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within Richardson
  • Proficiency with MS Office 2013 and an interest in business workflow and systems is desired
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player as well as individually would be considered an asset
