Responsibilities:


  • Oversee projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage work back schedules, resolve issues, and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams, leading meetings and engaging stakeholders.
  • Navigate change and ambiguity in fastpaced environments.
  • Create and manage ADOs related to skilling plans (added bonus if you have ADO experience, but it can be learnt)
  • Liaison with the publishing team in support of skilling plan changes
  • Work in line of business tool (CtRM) to enter skilling plan changes and pull reports
  • Assist in mapping content from content catalog to discipline skills/capabilities (likely in spreadsheets)
  • Adhoc support related to updating and maintaining skilling plans, pulling skilling planrelated data and reports, and FY25 skilling planning

Qualifications:


  • Proven Project Manager with a successful track record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Adaptability to fastpaced environments.
  • Indepth understanding of project management methodologies.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
