Full Job Description:


  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (store staging, payments, orders), deliver In-store customer consultation and advice, and product specifying for customer needs.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory.
  • Pre-sales and after-sales customer service & telephone service.
  • Keep the showroom and office clean, organize the products on the display shelves and replenish the products on the shelves in time
  • Proficient in operating the ERP system and DingTalk system to cooperate with teamwork.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic French listening and dialogue. If French is not spoking, English must be very good.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and enthusiastic. Respect your job position and be dedicated
  • Proficiency in using office software.
  • Willing to do and able to complete some physical work, (helping customers to pick up goods, stacking and receiving goods).
  • Work meticulously and conscientiously, cautiously, and proactively.
  • High work efficiency, a strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, and a teamwork spirit.
  • Sales and Retails work experience preferred.
  • Must be able to enthusiastically interact with customers to drive sales.

Benefits:

Salary: 18~22/H (+commission), 40 hours/week.

  • Work 5 days a week, 2 days off, and various statutory benefits provided by the government.
  • After working for 1 year, the paid annual leave can be increased to 2 weeks per year. After 3 years, it can be increased to 3 weeks, and after 6 years, it can be increased to 4 weeks.
