We're looking for a driven and results-focusedInside Sales Representative to join our successful sales team.
In this role you will play a key part in boosting the sales of our customizable print-marketing materials, with a specific focus on calendars.
You'll join our thriving inside sales team that works collaboratively to achieve sales goals, and as a part of the team, you will receive ongoing training and support from our experienced senior sales team members and sales leadership.
As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include placing warm calls to past and current clients, as well as actively seeking out prospective clients to expand our reach.
Whether you have proven sales experience or come from a strong customer service background, we will ensure you have the tools and training to succeed.
- This is an inoffice role located at our head office in Richmond, BC._

What an Inside Sales Representative Does:
- Deliver sales presentations to clients/prospects over the telephone, identifying client needs and promoting our diverse product offerings and services
- Build, manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Implement a sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
- Utilize CRM program (Salesforce) to place orders and maintain an accurate customer contact database
- Stay up to date with product offerings/services
What the Company Will Expect From You:
- 2+ years of previous sales experience or related customer service experience
- Previous experience using a sales/CRM program is an asset (Salesforce experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Highly selfmotivated and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

From $50,000.00 per year
