Job Description:

AECOM is searching for a Commissioning lead for a full-time position based in our Markham, ON office. Project site is located in downtown Toronto.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

I/O and loop checks, control panel wiring checks.
Startup of pumping systems, chemical systems, electrical systems, and control panels.
Organizing City operator training sessions with the City and Contractor.
Review of contractor commissioning plans.
Conducting function and performance tests of pumping, chemical, electrical and instrumentation systems.
Performing organizing, and conduction SATs with City and Contractor (equipment testing and program testing).
Reviewing Operation and Maintenance Manuals from the Contractor.
Writing consultant Operations Manual of the facility.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:

10 years of relevant experience or Diploma/Certificate 8 years of experience in startup and commissioning of electrical, I&C and mechanical systems,
Experience with programming SATs.
Driver's License

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or I&C Engineering
10 years of experience
Experience in commissioning UV systems would be beneficial
P.Eng. ON
