POSITION :
Store Manager


We are a small Family owned business (Once Upon A Child) planning our growth together with our lead management team members.

We are looking for a seasoned leader & go getter to Manage, promote positively and assist sales growth, while promoting and demonstrating great enthusiasm, positive outlook, strong dedicated work Ethics towards a small business, ready for a challenge to take this locations to new heights.


COMPENSATION:


Annual Salaried position with a BONUS program, instore discount, other cash incentives, competitive annual salaried wage based on the position in apparel retail & experience.


JOB DETAIL OVERVIEW


This is a hands on working position in store on the floor while you build the management teams, their work ethics and growth in each store.

You MUST have a valid drivers license and current insured Full time vehicle.

Full availability to work Five days per week with noted shifts below and as needed including any shifts required during operational hours, weekdays, evening or weekends.

Shift are 9:00am - 5:00pm or 1230pm-830pm position however changes may occur at times pending operational needs.
Operatijng the store and alloperations within.

Maintaining the Franchise model, training processes, franchise procedures and policies for consistent quality and customer service.

A proven track record of positive leadership by example in previous employment. Ability to complete daily tasks running the operations in store as needed. Able to jump in and lead a team to success with positive energy.


Manage and promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to, sales, and merchandising, loss prevention, training, recruiting and managing staff.

Promote a high level of positive customer service and involvement, and continually strive for innovative solutions and alternatives in bettering the business financially and operationally.

Maintaining the business in its entirety including all aspect of the operation and marketing via social media.


Leading by example with an initial goal to capture the current teams support and maintain high moral during and onward.

Promote a role model superior customer service to all customers, every day. Ensure that all store associates understand and support the pursuit of superior customer service.

Day to day management in all areas of the operation in a retail apparel setting. Working on site for management shortages if needed while training new management the same Franchise policies and work ethics

Experience:


  • Supervising: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver License Class 5 or 7 (required)
