THE POSITION:

Provide support for both Service Technicians and Parts Technicians.
Review and process work orders efficiently in a timely manner.
Answer customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain yard includes removing snow, cutting grass and general maintenance and organization of the yard throughout the year.
Responsible to empty garbage; clean shop areas as directed; remove scrap and used parts as directed.
Previous dealership experience is an asset but not a requirement.

Skills Required:

Mechanically inclined.
Previous agricultural background, either professional or personal.
Team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Able to operate a forklift, safely and efficiently (forklift certificate would be considered as asset);
Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn.
