Gore Mutual is looking for an energetic and dynamic talent management lead to help break the mold and challenge the status quo.

Reporting to the Director, Talent, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning, the talent management lead works collaboratively with people experience colleagues and business leaders across the organization to elevate employee engagement and experience, and align talent management and organizational effectiveness processes, programs, and tools to strategic objectives.

The role is responsible for using data-driven insights to manage end-to-end TM programs/processes such as high potential identification, development planning, succession management, competency model management, coaching and leadership assessments, and employee listening activities.


What will you do?

  • Establish and implement plans to identify critical future skills required to deliver on our enterprise strategy
  • Own the endtoend management, delivery, and continuous improvement of one or more talent management and organizational effectiveness programs/processes including project management, stakeholder management and engagement, measurement, continuous improvement
  • Work with Senior Leaders and other key stakeholders to distill leadership development requirements necessary to achieve business outcomes and behaviours; leverage this information to contribute to implementation of leadership development strategies
  • Own enterprise wide coaching and development program
  • Conduct and leverage analytics, expertise and ongoing research on global leading practices and trends to deliver datadriven insights that advance strategic priorities and objectives
  • Implement Team effectiveness practice for Gore Mutual

What will you need to succeed?

  • Master's degree preferably in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Behaviour, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Action orientation
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to take concepts and express them concisely and effectively for all levels across the organization
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to understand broader impact and insights
  • Proven track record of "handson" program management for largescale, complex programs, processes and change initiatives
  • Highly organized, proven attention to accuracy and detail and an ability to produce highquality work or project manage under tight timeframes
  • Takes initiative, responsibility and proactively seeks opportunities to add value
  • Brings new insights and connections to the work by actively engaging in ongoing learning and improving but skills and knowledge
