We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join the Client Services Team within the Human Resources Branch. The Human Resources Advisor will be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.


The Human Resources Advisor is part of a team of HR professionals who work with an assigned client group to provide support in a variety of HR disciplines to achieve NRC business goals and objectives.

Working under the direction of a Manager, Client Services Team, the primary duties of the position are to provide HR services and advice/guidance in areas such as staffing, labour relations, workforce planning, employment equity, performance management, classification and learning and career development in a small team, supporting the Human Resources Business Partner community.


This role will appeal to someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, sound judgement, thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage several different files at a time, and works equally well autonomously or within a team.
