Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant fluent in both Mandarin and English to support our CEO primarily and provide additional support to owners, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO and owners, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct research and create reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive.
  • Maintain important information and documents organized physically and electronically, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Attend meetings as needed, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage CEO's travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Provide administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications:


  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong timemanagement skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer and office equipment skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Hours

  • Every week Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a 30minute lunch break. Total hours per week, extended by request.

Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
