Team Leader for the Investment Operations will provide leadership to a team of CSR's and Consultants.
The team's goal is to provide excellent customer service while setting up and administering Guaranteed Investment policies for our Clients, Advisors, and Brokers.
What will you do?
- Act as the primary resource for the team by providing direction on overall targets, workload management, processes, and projects
- Proactively address client, advisor, and broker needs and address complaints that may be escalated to you
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with our business partners
- Contribute to a dynamic work environment by identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes to better meet our service excellence, quality and financial commitments to our customers
- Adhere to and ensure the integrity of Sun Life Financial's business practices and policies

Assets:
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required
for Quebec only as the position includes managing both French and Englishspeaking staff (Quebec and outside Quebec) and providing daily support to the team. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
