What you'll do:

The Home Décor Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the Home Décor department by establishing strategies, goals, and objectives for the department.

They are responsible to ensure consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations.

• You will work with clients to discuss all aspects of creating, remodeling, or updating areas of their home.
• Work to complete projects, source materials, place orders and follow up with customers and projects.
• Explain the steps and recommend products needed to complete projects, describing features and benefits of the merchandise.
• Direct customers to specific products within the store.
