We are a diversified Inside and Outside Plant infrastructure build contractor, servicing major telecommunication and utility companies all across Ontario.

This position is located in Brampton, ON.


Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Collect, organize, store, various document types while providing timely and meaningful feedback as needed.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact,
  • Assist with reports and data extraction as required.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Work as part of a team with project managers, escalation team, departmental coordinators, technicians & management.
  • Accurately and promptly update documents, schedules, project plans, etc.
  • Create purchase orders for subcontractors and check invoices against purchase orders.
  • Prepare final design package and confirm receipt of all necessary supporting documentation from field technicians.
  • Work directly with field technicians for project updates, changes, and deficiencies. Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, develop, and improve.

General practices:

  • Submit accurate, thorough, and complete final project documentation packages in a timely fashion.
  • Pay close attention to detail and show pride in your daily work.
  • Be able to time manage efficiently and ensure that deadlines are met to satisfy customer demands.

Performance excellence:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill process gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Work with diligence, ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all necessary documentation while exceeding turnaround deadlines. (final technical package).
  • Improve existing practices with new ideas and better methods.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years' experience in a relevant field, with postsecondary education an asset Highly motivated and able to complete assignments with mínimal direct supervision. Knowledge of standard health, safety, and environmental requirements and practices in the construction industry Driver's license and able to operate a motor vehicle Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment. Effective and efficient problem solving and decisionmaking skills; thoughtful, proactive and creative. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in a challenging, fastpaced environment Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups Strong written and oral communication skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, problemsolving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
