We are seeking an
Accounting Student, for our
PCL Industrial Management Inc. district, in our
Edmonton, AB office that is available
for
8 months starting May 2023.

This position will be under the direct supervision of the Accounting Manager
.
As an
Accounting Student, you will contribute to our team by performing a combination of the following duties dependent on the assigned project:

Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Accounts Payable
Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system
Bank reconciliations
Intercompany invoicing
Courier and phone costing
Running and updating various reports
Reconciling supplier statements
Visa card reconciliations
Preparing accounts receivable report
Weekly cheque printing
Client progress billings
Subcontract administration
Creation and management of Ad Hoc Reports
Miscellaneous support to Accounting team

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an Accounting diploma/degree program.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Successful applicants must be able to provide their own CSA approved steel toed boots and be willing to take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test. Public transportation is not available for this position so successful applicant must have their own vehicle.
