Your tasks at a glance

  • You present treatment options to prospective patients through virtual meetings.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
  • You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling followups, across different regions.

A clear view of your assets

  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You are comfortable with computers & technology.
  • You have a broad background in
    customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, etc.
  • You have experience as an account manager, or sales representative (an asset)
  • You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client followup techniques.
  • You are organized, selfdisciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (with flexibility to work early mornings and evenings.
  • You are comfortable travelling to other clinics for training _(expenses covered by Vision Group)_.
