Vitacare Medical Products is looking for an
Administrative Assistant for the locationin Vaughan, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Maintain corporate banking, accounts receivable management, raw material purchasing
- Perform month end closing procedures
- Secondary support on incoming calls
- Perform routine administrative functions, including preparation of documents in a variety of formats (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.) with mínimal supervision
- Distribute mail, coordinate outgoing/incoming couriers
- Other duties as required
Criteria:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Excellent math skills, focused with a keen eye for detail
- Administrative / accounting experience preferred
- Positive customer service attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while working independently
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work, preferably own vehicle
