The Marketing Operations Project Analyst is an exciting role within the Global Marketing Operations Team where expertise in project and process management and marketing campaign operations is paramount.

In this role, you will work closely with team members and stakeholders to strategize, document, and uphold operational processes.


You will also have the opportunity to work closely with numerous cross-functional Marketing teams to help them build and execute an efficient and innovative operational framework.


Responsibilities

  • MediumtoLarge sized marketing project management support.
  • Support global marketing teams with operational activities including new vendor integration, template development, technology/process training, campaign codes/hierarchy, host monthly calls with extended stakeholders and other operational duties as needed.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Automation team and Marketing Operations Council to capture decisions and processes and ensure these are documented and made available to stakeholders.
  • Assist migration of Marketing work management processes to new enterprise work management platform.
  • Ensure operational processes and practices uphold Juniper's high ethical standards for data and privacy governance models.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across marketing, sales ops and supporting teams to drive endtoend operational results.
  • Other marketing operations support as required.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required (up to 10%).

Required Skills:


  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, preferably as part of a Marketing Operations team.
  • Excellent project management and process development skills.
  • Solid understanding of marketing campaign strategy and best practices.
  • Handson experience and/or strong operational knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua) and other marketing technology (preferably ON24, Splash, Outreach).
  • Comfortable managing complex projects and processes related to marketing technology tools, with a willingness and ability for ongoing growth in platform knowledge.
  • Must use and incorporate data as part of regular processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Eloqua, Wrike/Workfront, Zoom, Outreach, Splash (handson experience preferred).
  • Experience managing tasks through JIRA highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • Motivated selfstarter with a positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
