Description
Coordinate the operations of the shipping/receiving department, handling clerks, and drivers.

  • Ensure that the shipping and receiving of products are done efficiently.
  • Local delivery planning will be done every morning with the help of the Warehouse Manager, decision will be based on the best route and also client priorities. Transport carriers will be called for any outoftown client shipments.
  • Orders confirmed for delivery must be prepared and verified against the picking slips also visually inspected for cleanliness. Must make sure that the proof of delivery/pickup slip is signed either by the transport carrier or the customer before order leaves the premises.
  • Ensure that the returns from customers are duly processed
  • Verification of all incoming receptions. Ensuring all good are compliant with company standard.
  • Supervision of temporary staff.
  • Additional tasks as determined.

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
