Variable quality control technician.

Your missions?

Under the direction of the QC Supervisor, sees to the maintenance of quality at the level of production lines and at the level of procedures, instructions and forms of the quality system.

But still?

Inspect, approve and participate in departures from production lines as well as for adjacent rooms
Support the production team during operations and problems
Perform and comply with physical tests: Aw, organo, Brix, viscosity
Follow, develop and/or write reports, forms and instructions related to the quality system
Work on the JDE system, create batches, block for holds, make ingredient substitutions

Who are we looking for?

In addition to being brilliant, friendly and passionate, our Quality Control Technician will:

Academic background: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in dietetics or food processing or equivalent.
Experience: Have 1 year to 2 years of experience as a line inspector in quality control in the food sector. Know the basis of the quality system (HACCP).
Fluent written and spoken French, functional written and spoken English
Know the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
