What you'll be doing:


  • Collaborating with department leaders to identify what is needed to ensure all employees are wellversed in their department processes and key responsibilities, particularly as it relates to new programs and systems implementation.
  • Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
  • Developing training resources and materials to ensure all employees have access to the information needed to be successful in their roles, including manuals, presentations, job aids, and online resources.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  • Staying informed about relevant industry trends and best practices in training and development.

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related-field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in breaking down complex processes in simple, easy to understand steps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • You deliver amazing customer service by going above and beyond for all Goodwill customers.
  • You demonstrate teamwork and engage fellow Team Members in contributing to Goodwill's mission & core purpose.
  • You have an open and honest attitude while making moral decisions.
  • You contribute to a welcoming & accepting work environment by showing respect at all times.
  • You hold yourself and fellow Team Members accountable in their roles and for their contributions to Goodwill's mission & core purpose.
  • You continuously look to improve yourself and the organization in any aspect including but not limited to processes, communications, tasks and customer experience.

Education:
Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
