JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Representative, under the direction of the General Manager, is primarily responsible but not limited to the overall sales performance and total gross margin dollars.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative are detailed below, but not limited to the following:
- Proactively manage the relationships with our customers professionally and enthusiastically
- resulting in superb customer retention, satisfaction and increased sales.
- Track quality issues in Sales Force and liaise with Plant Manager and General Manager regarding quality concerns.
- Attend customer visits regarding quality issues
- Travel within assigned territory to meet prospects and customers.
- On a daily basis, update CRM with information gathered from client.
- Coordinate sales and service activities with Customer Experience Representatives.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Sales Representative: 3 years (required)
- CRM or Salesforce: 3 years (required)
