ABOUT THE POSITION

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 13+ years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, and managing multiple campaigns.
  • Engaging communication skills with the ability to conduct strategic business discussions.
  • Some experience working with a CRM, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Interest, or experience in working with marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, AI or other related industries.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:


  • Discuss clients' strategy, KPIs, and budget to propose sponsorship packages relevant to those goals.
  • Create sponsorship proposals, overcome objections and negotiate terms, and submit signed agreements to finance.
  • Act as the primary contact between the client and DTC team.
  • Work closely with the writing team to optimize sponsorship copy/creative to performance.
  • Address sponsorship performance through midway and postcampaign reports.
  • Resolve client feedback/issues in a timely manner.
  • Reengage existing accounts to win renewals.
  • Collaborate with the team on developing and selling new sponsorship inventory.
  • Take on special projects (ex. update sponsorship marketing assets, audience surveys, cold outreach, improve operational/sales processes)
