We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and help with testing products to meet our organization's quality standards.

The Product Analyst will assess software quality through manual and automated testing on software, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues.

They will support the program lead, delivery leads, and project managers with completing the test design for all the test cases that has been created for the program.


Key Job Responsibilities- Very good working experience on API testing tools (Parasoft, SOAP UI, Postman) Create and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) Prioritize testing tasks based on goals and risks of projects and ensure scheduled testing milestones are complete- Analyze formal test results to discover and resolve defects, errors, configuration issues Produce reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Skill /Competencies- Minimum of 3 years' experience in related field- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision- Highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely responsive, and able to prioritize many tasks- Self-starter who enjoys experimenting with ideas and approaches- Working knowledge of the entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity)- Jira and TestRail Experience (preferred)
