We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated
Purchasing Clerk to join our procurement team at our Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC location.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with suppliers to gather information on products, including pricing, availability, and delivery times;
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
Review and update open purchase orders, maintaining accurate records;
Perform data entry and document filing for purchasingrelated activities;
Assist with other administrative functions related to the purchasing department.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in a purchasing department is a plus, but onthejob training will be provided;
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
