    Customer Application Specialist - Windows

    We are presently looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Alexandria branch.

    Schedule: Monday to Friday
    Status: Full Time, permanent, On-site

    Here's what you'll be responsible for in this role

    Daily

    • Production analysis suite: run reporting for example : incomplete orders, precog report, error reports, Specialty glass reports, Hold reports.
    • Assist production team by ensuring proper flow of information between order systems and ERP production software.
    • Process window orders from Online Commerce clients while matching new orders to existing stock.
    • High level support to the customer service team and our dealer network
    • Troubleshoot and resolve error files
    • Support the accounting teams with troubleshooting escalated file(s)
    • Be the primary Help Desk for CPQ software for all users and for window related questions
    • Provide customer service support for all facets of the CS department
    • Adhoc employeee training and customer training
    • Managing boneyard inventory.
    • Order Entry analysis (run various reports to find missing orders)
    • Order Follow-up with clients.

    Monthly

    • Front end development of the in-house window quoting software using integrated software development tool
    • Curation and updating of all price books
    • Long term WTS improvement projects
    • Long term WTS testing
    • Yearly upgrade testing
    • Verification of Translation tables
    • Creation of user education including self-help documents, FAQs
    • Develop new standard operating procedures related to customer service
    • Train new customer service team members.

    • Ability to work with internal and external customers.
    • Strong analytical abilities
    • Ability to react quickly if issues arise
    • Customer service oriented
    • Strong knowledge of the window industry preferred
    • Knowledge of Paradigm/WTS software preferred (CenterPoint/Masterpoint)
    • Knowledge of writing rules and conditions for software preferred
    • Knowledge of an ERP system such as Oracle and/or SAP an asset
