Alstom Group Tender & Project Office is hiring a Project Manager to deploy a solution that will be key in the support and monitoring of the Quality, Cost and Delay commitment of each project.
- Organising and leading the project team
- Settingup the project governance and leading the Steering Committee with project team, Business Process Owner and local Management team
- Defining & following the deployment roadmap of the Project
- Planning and executing all the necessary tasks to manage the implementation by site location
- Managing the technical setup for each deployment
- Ensuring the successful completion of deliverables and compliance with milestones
- Ensuring mobilisation of local team and lead the project communication
- Raising alert if potential deviation and proposing associated actions plans
What you need to succeed:
- Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate effectively with others in person and remotely
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence functional and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills with all levels. Proven ability to lead and communicate orally, to present to top management and writing documentation
- Analytical approach to problemsolving, solid conceptual skills and willingness to learn, sense of urgency and commitment for a job well done
- Strong work ethic, driven, results oriented
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar
- 7+ years experience working implementing Project Management/ERP with emphasis with planning and costing
- 3+ years managing and/or leading team members in IT projects requiring change
