The Opportunity - Quality Assurance Specialist (hybrid or remote available)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Technology Team.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing efficient software testing processes while working cross-functionally with teams including product managers, software engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and create impactful products.

Main Duties

Ensure highquality software products.
Work with development teams to ensure that software products are designed with quality in mind.
Plan and manage testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Review and provide feedback on technical design documents and requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of highquality software products.
Monitor and report on software testing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient software development and release cycles.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testing and quality requirements.
Support the team to identify, implement and maintain appropriate QA testing platforms and tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on UAT and assist in solving user reported issues.
Develop and implement effective software testing processes and procedures.
Develop best practices for QA Engineering and QA Automation.
Help identify test scenarios that are critical and repetitive and automate them, overseeing their execution and maintenance.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
35 years of experience in software quality assurance
Proven experience in implementing automation frameworks from scratch
Extensive experience with Microsoft tech stack, including.

NET, SQL Server, and Azure

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
Strong problemsolving, planning and analytical skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
