We seek excellent students, faculty, and staff to join us in what has become known as the "Western Experience" - an opportunity to contribute to a better world through the development of new knowledge, new abilities, new connections, and new ways to make a difference.

About Us:

As part of the Student Experience portfolio, the Accessible Education team offers resources and supports to students with disabilities at Western.

The Manager will supervise the members of the team, ensure that the strategic objectives of the unit are met, develop and implement an assessment plan, and manage the non-salary budget for the unit.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Academic Support & Engagement, the role will manage the development and delivery of a wide range of services and programs to support undergraduate and graduate students.

Due to the sizable number of students requiring assistance, supports and programs need to be effective and efficient, while also recognizing the unique needs of each student.
