As a
Project Manager, you will help solve business challenges by preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, maintaining project documentation and managing schedules and timeframes for projects.
You are:
- Proactive and a quick learner
- An excellent communicator with strong time management skills
- Analytical with a resultsoriented attitude and good conceptual thinking skills
What you will do:
- Review company policies, procedures and functions to find areas for improvement
- Ensure best practices and consistent delivery approaches are utilized on assigned projects and tasks
- Develop and manage schedules, resources plans, and projects while implementing best practices, standards and processes
- Break projects into doable tasks and activities
- Liaise with different teams (operations, underwriting, support, finance, and sales) to identify and define the scope and objectives
- Ensure resource tracking is kept up to date
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to others as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
- Assist teams in managing and maintaining written documentation
What you already have:
- 1+ years of project coordination/management experience
- Experience collecting and managing technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Able t work alone, manage time effectively and work with multiple deadlines
