Description

On behalf of our client, a large information technology firm, Progression3 is in search of a Sales Support Analyst. Please note this is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Provides presale support including product research, pricing, configuration information, peripheral information, and pre

- qualification of accounts. Quotes prices on company products and services and may assist in proposals.

Performs maintenance of assigned accounts, processes Purchase Orders, order entry, order tracking, image set up and coordination of returns. Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Reviews customer requests and determines product availability. Suggests solutions to customer requests and communicates discontinued products and available substitutions.
Communicates pertinent activities to the Account Executive, including quotes, orders and open issues. Serves as the primary point of contact for Account Executives, customers and vendors.
Works with other departments and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of products and services to the customer.
Forecasts client product needs to ensure available stock.
Offers crosssell/upsell opportunities to clients when opportunities are available.
Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner andcommunicates effectively with company clients and associates.
Meet assigned sales certification or course work.
Other duties as assigned.
