Office Manager to be based out of our Richmond Office.

About the Position:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement and maintain office policies by establishing standard operating procedures, measuring results against standards, and making adjustments when needed
  • Review and evaluate current administrative procedures and implement improvements
  • Communicate with internal team members and external clients, either directly assisting them or connecting them with the appropriate support for their matter
  • Complete annual reviews for all direct reports
  • Setting and meeting annual goals and achievements
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as supplies, equipment, cleaning, maintenance, parking, security etc.
  • Manage space planning, including all office seating assignments and any software procurement and management
  • Handson assistance with Reception and meeting room setups as required
  • Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 3+ year of experience as an Office Manager is preferred;
  • Pleasant phone manner and interpersonal skills;
  • Clientcentric approach with a strong track record of identifying and implementing administrative process improvements;
  • Highly collaborative and team focused, with the ability to step in and provide backup support in various aspects of the office
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive and selfstarting approach to managing daily tasks to ensure the office is functioning optimally;
  • Ability to learn, adapt and follow deadlines, while maintaining a strict level of attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure
  • Ability and willingness to regularly follow up with all stakeholders to ensure current matters are addressed appropriately and in a timely fashion;
  • Ability to think outside the box when it comes to solving unique tasks;
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and work environment.
