About us:

TMS Life is Ottawa's first medical clinic providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for mental health disorders including but not limited to depression and OCD.

Our TMS clinic is dedicated to providing cutting-edge mental health treatments. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual with interest in mental health to join our team.

If you are passionate about improving the lives of patients with mental health and want to be at the forefront of current treatments including TMS therapy, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Conduct transcranial magnetic stimulation treatments according to established protocols.
Ensure accurate placement of the TMS coil for targeted brain stimulation.
Conduct Motor Threshold procedures.
Monitor patients during TMS sessions to ensure safety and efficacy.
Document treatment sessions and report any adverse effects or unusual responses.
Work closely with psychiatrist, registered nurse, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Bilingual (English/French) required.
Compassionate and patientcentered approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (Must be obtained prior to starting work).
