Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with setting up tables and preparing the dining area for service
  • Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment is preferred
  • Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
