Job Type:
Cash Team Lead
As a Cash Team Lead, you are the first and last point of contact to our customers.

You will be responsible to provide extraordinary customer service to our customers by providing an exceptional interaction during the completion of the sale transactions.

You connect with our customers and staff through our shared passions.

Your Responsibilities

Motivates and leads staff through personal example regarding customer service, readiness for business, accurate procedures, department cleanliness, staff relations, and compliance with company policies
Authorization of exchanges and returns
Member growthasking customer if they're in our database and if not offering to add profiles
Responsible for setting up and maintaining cash office to corporate standard
Ensures paperwork is complete and accurate on a daily basis including bank deposits, reconciliations, balancing the safe, cash floats and petty cash
Participates with the direction and control of opening and closing procedures and ready for business standards
Controls shortage and loss ensuring all loss prevention standards are promoted and complied with by all employees
Actively participate in our team tasks to deliver a full experience to our customers including store cleanliness, merchandising and restocking of product and control of inventory
Participates in training and works with the Customer Experience Manager to set up training sessions as needed
Prepares and maintains various financial reports; works in liaison with the accounting department
