This role can be based out of one our main offices including:
Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB; Vancouver, BC;


Here's where you'll be focusing:


As a Support Services Analyst with Sobeys, you will:

  • Provide timely, efficient and effective responses to store support calls/tasks related to systems training and/or article issues, ensuring all incidents are properly documented. This requires shift work, including working days, evenings and weekends.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure store technical issues are resolved.
  • Represent the Lawtons Drugs banner in development/project meetings and present progress to Leader.
  • Demonstrate and maintain a strong working knowledge of all retail aspects of the Point of Sale system as it relates to the Lawtons banner
  • Proactively pursue store feedback on system changes to ensureexpected results are achieved
  • Provide direction to Front Store staff on proper policies and procedures related to Store Systems, Finance and Security.
  • Assist and support team members to achieve goals.
  • Make recommendations to address problems and to improve service.
  • Perform user access setup functions for legacy systems.
  • Track incidents through to resolution and followup with customers; ensuring satisfaction.
  • Provide store training and documentation for all related areas

What you have to offer:


Your experience and resume will show us:

  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.
  • Retail operations experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Article Resolution, Kroll, EXE,PPT, and/or CMA preferred.
  • Experience with continuous or process improvement preferred.
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends.
