Description

We are looking for a casual food service worker for the following:

Maintains high standards of sanitation in all work procedures.
Observes and practices all safety rules and regulations.
Understands and follows therapeutic diet principles as set down by the dietitian.
Sets tables properly and serves residents, catering to their nutritional needs.
Strips tables and trays; scrapes and stacks dishes, operates dish washer; stacks and puts away dishes.
De-stains dishes as specified.
Cleans and stores pots and pans.
Operates, cleans, and maintains all equipment used in the department.
On occasion, prepares basic meals, maintaining standards of procedure and portion control.
Serves in an attractive appetizing manner, meals to residents, staff, volunteers and guests; according to menu procedures and residents' individual needs.

Records all meals in meal count book at meal times in the absence of Director of Food Service or person in charge
