Responsibilities:

Title:
Digital Marketing Summer Intern

Location:
Pointe-Claire, Quebec

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00pm

May 2024- August 202- Update and maintain the Digital Asset Management system with the latest marketing collateral and information provided by project managers.

Support the lead generation process by uploading leads into the CRM system.
Assist in various digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and website maintenance. Create engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, infographics, and videos.
Participate in managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and implement recommended changes.
Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts within the CRM system.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality work.

Experience and Training:

Currently enrolled or finishing University Degree in marketing or communications fields.
