Service Advisor - Edmonton, Canada - Equipment Sales & Service Limited
Description
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Provide positive, professional, and helpful front-line customer service reflective of the organization to both internal and external clients
- Prepare and update, all service documents and system updates as required
- Organize all jobs and keep clients and support staff communications updated as required
- Provide Management updated inventory reports and keep ESS business system management information accurate and up to date
- Comply with all Health and Safety processes and procedures to maintain our safety culture
- Support the business promotional activities as required
- 13 years of administrative experience preferably in an equipment or construction related industry
- Previous experience is preferred
- Accommodating, personable and comfortable with a variety of different clients and customers
- Highly organized while having strong attention to detail
- Able to problem solve and address concerns while having little to no supervision
- Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with PFW, CDK an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with direct experience in Excel
