We are looking to hire a residential property manager.

You will join a growing and exciting team that is committed to providing the best living experience to our tenants.

You will be responsible for a large variety of tasks including tenant communication, administration, and project management. Being reliable, punctual, and a team player is essential for this job.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with tenants on all requests (leases, payments, repairs).
  • Administration for the property (AR, Renewals, Regie, etc).
  • Overseeing turnover of units and being very well organized.
  • Establishing Operating Budget
  • Marketing and leasing
  • Overseeing any building staff and coordination with contractors in the building.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • 510 years experience in residential real estate in Quebec
  • Strong Computer Skills (Hopem is a bonus)
  • Must be bilingual
  • Must be organized, reliable and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Team work and strong communication skills are a necessity
