Job Summary:

As our new Learning Systems coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and governing the Learning & Development components of Ledcor's Learning Management Platform including tier 2 end user support.

In your new role, you will work with the Manager, Learning Design to collaborate with a network of Learning partners and operational groups to define Learning system requirements and improvements.

You will also participate in the design and implementation of configuration & integration requirements for Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, and other learning platformsEssential Responsibilities

Provide governance and tier 2 support for Workday learning module, LinkedIn Learning and all related learning and development processes & procedures
Partner with Learning team, HRIS, IS and operations to identify new learning system requirements and enhancements to current functionality and learning processes and participates in implementation
Work with Learning & talent leadership to support the implementation and growth of a learning community that connects the central team with operational learning support
Work collaboratively with divisions to identify learning reporting requirements and partner with HRIS to develop reports

Qualifications:

13 Years in a Learning related role
Previous working experience with Workday Learning & LinkedIn Learning will be of advantage
Expertise administering and governing learning technologies
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines along with the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload and juggle multiple deadlines
Exceptionally strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills
