Proven track record in automotive sales and/or sales management, preferably in the subprime market.
A knack for fostering, motivating, and retaining topperforming sales teams.
Expertise in optimizing used car inventory and devising strategies to boost sales.
Strong leadership, technological, and supervisory skills.
OMVIC License
A valid driver's license.

Your Route to Success:

Steer our sales consultants, review daily objectives, and inspire a highperformance environment.
Sell preowned vehicles expertly to existing and potential customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Appraise incoming used vehicles, oversee wholesale activities, and build robust relationships with external wholesalers and retailers.
Keep your finger on the pulse of auto auction trends, manage used vehicle displays, and make informed inventory decisions.
Regularly liaise with the management team on used car targets and inventory matters.
